For the attention of families of people who attend Adult Day Services at Cheeverstown.

The HSE National Disability Services would like to invite family members/carers of individuals with a disability who attend Adult Disability Day Services to join a special Webinar this Friday 26th March at 1:00pm – 2:00pm. The COVID-19 vaccination will be made available to all individuals who attend Adult Disability Day Services. All service users will receive information about their vaccination in the coming weeks.

As per the Assisted Decision Making Act, it is no longer ok for anyone other than the person receiving a treatment to give consent. The purpose of this Webinar is to help family members/carers to provide information to their loved one and to support them to make an informed decision regarding the COVID-19 vaccination.
