Having been with Cheeverstown since 2015, Niamh was appointed HR Manager in 2025 and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(CIPD).
With several years experience in employee relations, recruitment, and a broad range of HR functions, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Niamh holds professional qualifications from TU Dublin and the CIPD, which underpin her evidence-based and person-centred approach to HR. She believes in aligning HR practices with organisational strategy while ensuring the HR function supports staff teams and the provision of person-centred services.
A native of the local area, Niamh has been familiar with Cheeverstown from a very young age.
She is married and a proud mother of four sons and one daughter.
