Ultan Shannon is a partner with Arthur Cox, a leading Irish commercial law firm with offices in Dublin, Belfast, London, New York and Silicon Valley, California, providing a comprehensive legal service to an international client base ranging from multinational organisations, banks and financial institutions and established global leaders to government agencies and new players in emerging industry sectors. Ultan has been with Arthur Cox for 23 years and specializes in banking and finance law.
Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Ultan spent 4 years in the USA where he completed hisMasters (Banking and Corporate Finance) at Fordham University, New York, was admitted to the New York State Bar and worked as an attorney with a New York not-for-profit organization, Catholic Charities.
Ultan’s personal interests include sport (rugby, GAA), cycling and travel. Ultan has been a member of the board of Cheeverstown since 2015.
