Adult Safeguarding

Cheeverstown has clear policy and procedures for managing reports of abuse against the adults we support.  Our policy and procedures are in line with the national HSE Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons at Risk of Abuse, Policy and Procedures (2014).   We have a zero tolerance towards all forms of abuse.

In keeping with this policy we have a Designated Officer to receive all safeguarding reports and to ensure the procedures are followed.   Our Designated Officer is Suzanne Riordan, Senior Social Worker.
